Orange, Honey Pistachio & Almond Cake
Our orange, honey pistachio almond cake has a layer of rich moist almond-flour sponge infused with honey, we only use almond flour in our wheat free cakes, this means the sponges have a delicate, light & soft texture, finished with generously piped vanilla buttercream, topped with a drizzle of honey, zingy candied orange peel & sprinkled with pistachio & toasted almond slithers for a bit of texture in every slice.
