Our chocolate & hazelnut almond cake has a layer of rich moist chococlate almond-flour sponge, we only use almond flour in our wheat free cakes, this means the sponges have a delicate, light & soft texture. finished with generously piped chocolate buttercream, topped with a drizzle of everyone's favourite chocolate & hazelnut spread & sprinkled with toasted almond slithers for a bit of texture in every slice.
